Eskom cannot assist on weekends

We pay for electricity but no one comes and fixes the issues for us. The entire village has low power and some other houses are completely dark, and you tell us it's going to be like this the entire weekend. How come as paying customers we have to have such bad service. Now I understand why people refuse to pay for electricity. Can we just get independent power suppliers we are tired of eskom
