Eskom Call Centre & unreliable electricity supply

We live on the outskirts of Delmas and often experience random power outages or suddenly the electricity supply goes off and on in seconds- tonight, power in our area is off for five hours- I held on dialling the call centre for 20 minutes- how is the average person to even report faults. The agents are extremely rude and act without consequence. All week, calling Eskom is a nightmare, but we pay massive bills. Complaining gets one cut off ! Is there no one that we can report to?
