Eskom call centre pathetic

<p>I wrote a review last weekend about Eskom's call centre that doesn't answer calls over weekends. Well, again I am experiencing a power failure. I am again unsuccessful at getting hold of somebody at the call centre to report to power failure. I've received no feedback whatsoever from either Hello Peter or Eskom regarding this matter. How am I supposed to report a power failure if I can't inform the technicians there is a problem. Leaving a voicemail, sending a sms or even trying to report it on the Eskom website is a waste of time and has never proven successful!! FEEDBACK PLEASE HELLO PETER!!</p>
