Eskom call center bad service

Since waiting for Eskom technician to come assist with electricity,even after 3 weeks called them again late the lady called Magta put the phone aside for 37 sec and hangs the without saying anything to me ,I called again likely she answered the and she thought I can't recognise her voice,after giving her meter number she was laughing..I don't if I was part of the joke,my references are as follow ***[15/06, 12:02] *** [19/06, 13:53]*** [19/06, 17:44: *** even today I'm still waiting for Eskom to think about my kid's in this weather if I can get hold of the CEO of Eskom I would be happy but I would get him, I'm a paying customer and they treat me like a ********.
