Eskom call center agents keep cutting us off today!

Your agents keep cutting our calls off. I've been calling you regarding a faulty meter box with Ref no. *** and I'm calling you from *** and they keep cutting ne off and 2nd time they just trf me to the survey with NO HELP AT ALL. PLSE EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT WANT TO DO THESE JOBS!!!! MY MOM HAS BEEN WITHOUT ELECTRICITY FOR 4 DAYS NOW!!!!
