Eskom call back urgently

Am Disappointed we have been trying to contact eskom call centre but their number is not working to report a faulty damage fuse and we don't have electricity since 20 june 2020 till now and my son need to submit his assignment but the is no electricity plz assist we at braamfisherville phase 1****** street.
