Eskom, cable theft and no replacement

They are non responsive to qeury on a ****** cable, it is 14 days since. They have responded with the fact that they are waiting for cable, yet 2 weeks later... Absolutely nothing, we have reference numbers... It is 4 properties that are affected, as one of the properties is a retirement village with 22 units. Most have lost their meat in the freezers as well the stock they had in their fridge. They are absolutely unprofessional.
