Eskom
Our religious institution and church has been left in the dark for a month. Our church does not have a permanent caretaker who resides on the premises. On the day when Eskom rolled out to install prepaid boxes around the church, they deliberately switched off the church's electricity at the switchbox and just stated that "Nobody was home"... so that they could install a prepaid box in the church. OUR BILLS ARE PAID. Why do you need to "enforce" (with its meant connotation) the installation of a prepaid box? And if so, can you not clearly communicate with your consumers to aid efficient customer satisfaction?
