Eskom

We have contacted eskom dince saturday evening. The lightning struck the trsnsformer box pole on our property. We have 4 kids in the house and 1 of them is a 5 month old baby on formula we jave bore hole water but the pump is 3 phase so even if we had a generator we cant pump water our water tanks are empty on the premisis and the 14 houses that are here has got no water and no power it iz not even a 10 minute job ad we have seen the previous time it happened. Wr dont witch way to go or what to do anymore.
