Eskom Butterworth worst service

We as Kotana residents, about 25 households in Nqamakwe under Butterworth Eastern Cape we have been out of electricity from 7am 28th June 2025 up to date we are still waiting. Almost everyone out of these 25 households have reported the issue to Eskom, given references with no help. In fact the is the norm in our area if you have a problem the least you can wait is 2 weeks.

It's winter time , holidays kids are home , we have to take risk of using gas stoves leaving them when going to work because we have no choice. I have already spent more than R1500 for generators since they need to watch Tv of which this is the minor thing, i have an asthmatic child who uses the oxygen most of the times since it's winter, but there's no electricity. Fridges were full and the food became waste. Other cases of reporting have been closed without the electricity being reinstated. This is the worst service we've ever received as if we are the foreigners in our country. BUTTERWORTH ESKOM TECHNICIANS ARE THE WORST.
