Eskom Butterworth offices in Eastern Cape

In Eastern Cape kwa Mfula we have no electricity since the 14th, we were having a funeral on the 16 March 2019 we were very busy, we went to Eskom Butterworth offices to report the issue, they said they will come, we called them they said they will come! This has got nothing to do with load shedding, the neighbours have got the electricity and other houses around us, only few houses that dont have electricity. It seems like there something that needs to be fixed from the pole where our cable is connected, we had to throw a lot of staff that was rotten because we could nt use refrigerator s... At Butterworth offices of eskom they do not care about us in rural areas, we reported so many times till to day they have not come, bad servise ever!!!!, i am very very angry about this, pls help us. Just imagine having no electricity at this busy time where we were having a funeral. Pls help us i m Paulina my number is ********** 938
