Eskom bills me highest rate

We moved into a new house in Somerset West. I logged a complaint to Eskom because they are charging us the highest rate. I got an sms back to say that we have to pay the high rate for three months and then we can request them to re-evaluate the meter to see if we are high users or not. So we don't get the low rate up to R 260 and then get charged for high usage. This is ****************. We are trying to keep the electricity usage low but they are still *****ing from us even though we are trying to save electricity.
