ESKOM, Billing error or Billing *****

I received a bill that seemed higher than normal and I decided to check the readings. The meter on the 30 Mar 2021 at 11pm read 186355 units but Eskom meter reading on the bill read 186933 units as at 23 Mar 2021.

At a daily average of 70 units that is an overstatement of 500 units for the billing period. Eskom had introduced the new smart meters to automate the management and billing of the meters but something is amiss.
