Eskom bill

Our meter number is showing an error message when putting electricity bill , We have called the customer care and they said someone is going to come and help us but to our surprise those people who come says theres nothing they can do only people from customer care can be able to assist in giving us key change numbers witch they don't work It's been two months now without any assistance
