Eskom Belville

Hi good day I'm Mrs Simon I'm writing this review bcz I'm sick and tired of Eskom and there skelem ways for the past years I have been paying Eskom my salary I don't have a business at home nor do I sell stuff but my account is always above 2000/3000 every month. I have paid my account every month and what they ask me to pay little did I not know that this people is busy pulling or getting money out of me bcz they see I pay without complain I then went to Eskom in this year and ask them what is going on with my account they said they can't explain they don't know how is that possible then they gave me a reference num and said they will infestigate into the matter I went there 4 times in one month they just give me reference numbers and no answer. I then payed my account up to date with a 00.00 account to get the next month a account bill of 10 949 how is that possible in one month who use so much electrical in ur house. I went there again I have received yet a nother account bill in this month now with 13 749 how and what is going on with Eskom they said I must not pay bcz they busy with investment now I'm tied bcz they threaten to come cut it off where does that account come from both me and my husband is pensioners. Please help me.
