Eskom bad servive

Good day I must say I'm currently experiencing a very bad service. It's been 5 going to the 6th day without electricity at my house I have reported the matter to Eskom but all the do is to lie to me they keep on telling me that the technician was sent were as not even once from the day i reported a technician came to assist. All they do is just giving me a new reference number. Please help me my meter numberMeter number : ********** 2481. And the new 3rd reference number : ********** 94
