ESKOM Bad service

I am highly disappointed at the fact that since Eskom has no competitor, they feel that they can play god in our lives. I understand load shedding, but now we are faced wit no electricity for 3 days because of a fault at the main meter for my area and Eskom technicians are highly bothered to assist. We call the call center to get assistance and we are told different stories as if they are working on different systems. We have groceries in the fridge which is getting spoiled because we need to beg as a community to get assistance. Is this the service you give to clients ESKOM, because you are rendering a service???? If it was possible, my rating would a negative with such service. I live with my grandmother, who needs to be affected by the cold but pays her rates and taxes and also her ESKOM bill.. I even have a reference and call recordings of your call center agents who working from the same system but give different updates.. i hope someone higher would have the curtsy to call me so this issue could be resolved ASAP..
