Eskom bad service at all

Good morning. I'm based in Gauteng: This is the 3rd week with no electricity. Eskom is taking forever to come and assist. I reported the matter and nothing is happening they instead pile me up with lots and lots of references. Ref1: *** Ref2:*** Ref3:*** Ref4:*** This is not the first incident and I took the matter to Eskom with no good service and feedback at all. In case like this I don't know what to do anymore and technicians never attend to this matter. I'm staying in a bonded and financed house but with no electricity at all. Paying the house monthly but with no electricity.
