Eskom bad service and taking advantage of the poor

<p>2014 I paid Eskom R4000 for them to install electricity at home and they never delivered, and last year there was a contractor installing electricity and I paid again R4500 to the contractor and I finally had the service. Bigging of this year Eskom showed up and said that they will disconnect me because I'm connected *******ly. They again sent a contractor and that contractor took out the prepaid box that was installed by the other contractor and they installed their box. Last week Eskom came home and disconnected the line saying I'm connected *******ly. How pathetic, they couldn't deliver, they didn't want to refund me and now I'm disconnected. Funny enough both contractors are on their database, who must I trust or believe? I want answers, how is it *******, whilst I'm buying electricity every month? I'll be even more disappointed if they don't respond to this complaint as they do in Mt Alyif /uMthatha. </p>
