Eskom bad service and faulty electricity supply

<p> on the 17th of July 2017, we had an overload of electricity, and most of our appliances have been damaged, when we checked the transformer outside our house it was sparking and it had a bit of fire. The most disturbing issue is this is new transformer and it has been doing this for months, and when we reported the first incident the technician complained that we making him work, and eskom told us to claim for our items, even now they haven't done anything about this. Eskom has no regard of its costumers service or safety.</p>
