Eskom bad service

I am a house owner at Ebony Park next 2, we haven't been having an Electricity for the past 4 months, every time we try to report the matter we have been ask to an Email of which we did during the month July and reply was that the transformer will be attended on the 02nd of August.

Its now 4 months down the line and nothing has been done or corresponded to us
