Eskom bad service

.I am appalled by the eskom call centre and very much irritated. I called and stayed in line for over 3 hours, and was told I'm number 327...when I finally spoke to a consultant I was assisted by Kamogelo in JHB and he was very impatient and dismissive towards me. He didn't even empathize with how long I've been on the line. It's so unfortunate that I'll be spending Christmas in the dark
