Eskom bad service

Bad service. Howick west(Tumbleweeed) electricity has been gone from 18h30 yesterday till now and this happens almost 3times a week. Tried calling eskom in Howick but no luck, the worse part is that this only happens in certain households its not everyone who doesn't have electricity. It's cold and our food goes bad.
