Eskom bad service

Hi all hellopeter fans this is my second time I'm complaining about eskom we are currently a few houses sitting without electricity since Sunday morning I phoned eskom did receive a reference number. I phoned again om Monday I was caller number 279 and waited as soos I came caller 105 the line goes dead you have to wait all over I live with my mother who is 70 yrs and 2 kids 2 and 7 with my wife to sit for days without power and we buying not even steeling power its sad
