Eskom bad service

I have a problem with Eskom service. I have not had electricity for weeks now at Doornkop block 4 next to Protea City Soweto. I called Eskom serveral times and each time i do a follow up with a reference number i get told that the problem was fixed yet i still dont have electricity. I also went to Randfontein but never get a straight answer to what is happening. Please help.
