Eskom bad service

Eskom service is so appauling.our pole tripped this morning.i went to our eskom station which is 3mins away around 8am.they said it takes within 7hours 30min for someone to come and attend to the matter.the time slot passed so i started calling their call centre.the lady that i spoke to was so rude they kept taking me from pillar to post.i kept on calling some where even dropping the line while i was still talking...imagen that time i have have a toddler,without electricity it becomes a challenge..
