Eskom bad service

<p>On Thursday 08, Dec electricity tripped. Upon inspecting the box, it was blank. Initially I thought the whole block was without electricity only to find out that only few houses were without electricity. Called Eskom last night around 20h00, they promised to attend to the problem within 4 hours, got reference no 19 ********** . Called again the morning of 09 Dec, they said they will attend to the problem around 07h30. Saw an Eskom bakkie around 11h00 on our street. Thought they came to solve the problem but they left and the problem was still unresolved. Called again around 17h00 and they gave me a new reference number ********** 66 and promised that before 22h00 the problem would be resoved. They never pitched. Just called Eskom and they only mentioning now that calls made after 16h00 gets attended to the following day because the manager is unavailable. I mean the electricity is been gone for clise to 30 hours now. This is what I call poor pathetic service</p>
