Eskom bad service

Eskom service is bad # I have been sitting with no elec since Thursday and been trying to call the Eskom call centre . I was caller Nr 222 and stayed on the line to get assured by the time I was caller Nr 150 the line disconnected

The Alfred chat box is just useless coz when ur details are not updated they will send a req for ur details to be updated but u never received feedback regarding this .

My meter box was downgraded from 60amp to 20amp I’m so frustrated and just want to be assisted
