Eskom bad service

Good day We don't have electricity it's 4 months now. Our transformer RW38 /03 blew up and we have reported the matter at Zola Office Eric the technician is aware as well as Senzo,Countless meetings were held with them but we are now sent from pillar to post, as they don't respond anymore kindly assist as we struggling. We don't get the positive feedback now our calls are not answered by them
