Eskom Bad Service

<p>I have been making follow-ups with Eskom since November 2016, they have bil**** me a crazy amount on my statement. In September 2016 ESkom was owing me an amount of R86.00 in October statement I was owing R86.00 and I paid R500.00, as I checked my statement online they were owing me R416.00 in November they sent me a statement which reflected that I am now owing them over R900 which did not make sense as my electricity consumption is around R400 per month. I made a follow up no one assisted me I sent an email no one got back to me.</p> <p>the call center is a disaster, you get a different person each time you call and they all provide you with different information, I really do not know what to do!!!</p>
