Eskom bad service

I think it's high time eskom gets outsourced and get rid of all their technical staff. how long does it take to get assistance? I tried to phone no luck, I logged a call with their chatbox system. I got *** I keep on getting the same response that they are having other faults they working on. Does eskom management even care? I got a pensioner who has been in the dark for 3 days now.
