Eskom Bad Customer SErvice from Vuyo

Called Eskom customer service at ********** 566 spoke to a girl called Vuyo, she was so rude and angry on the phone even dropped the line on me when I called again she answered she even said i can escalate le call clearly they are taught to treat us this way am so hurt my query wasn't even answered clearly.
