Eskom bad ******* service .

I'm writing on behalf of a friend. Her name is Melinda +***. She live in Khula village near St Lucia KZN . For 11 days now she hasn't had electricity and she suffered huge losses. The staff from Eskom are allowing and encouraging people to have ******* connections and the power keeps tripping. Eskom haven't come to fix it yet.
