Eskom at it again, we have not had electricty for 3 weeks in Ivory part ext 2

Can someone please tell how I can get Eskom to fix a transformer that blew up 3 weeks ago and to-date has not been fixed.

We have had no electricity for 3 weeks now in Ivory Part ext 2 and almost everyone has phoned and has been given references but no technician has been dispatched to come sort out to fix it.

the street lights are working yet all our houses have no electricity. i am sure if we need to start pulling our electricity from the street lights in order for Eskom to take us serious ??

We have been to eskom offices on the Revonia road 3 times and all they can tell us is that they are aware of the problem.
