Eskom are cakes

Hi I with like to report on eskom we had a power failure were the box started power box started smoking in figdale Newlands west Durban when I called in at 2 October 2020 at 6:45 there send technician out to sort this out so there went on the main road and switch the breaker back on 3 hours later round about 10 o clock lights go of so I called the guy the technician Boyo *** and he acting dumb as if he doesn't know nothing and h just puts the phone down when I called electrical department *** there have me reference number for call *** now when I'm trying to call *** these ****s are not answering the phones very quic cake are to cut lights but when there is a issues there don't want to sort out or answer the phone please can this be sorted out asap coz as soon as it rain we lose power and please who ever the technician is call me Rohan *** and there must come to me a fix the problem nt only put the isolater on when ever its rains it with trip again
