Eskom are a shame of a company

We have had a cable theft which we duly reported to the police as per procedure, got reference numbers ********** 71, ********** 93, ********** 40, ********** 87.The cable was recently replaced but there is no reconnection. Our local Hub is in Ga-Rankuwa Industrial. They're clearly giving us bad service and deliberately so for a period of 2 weeks. We have been without electricity for this past 2 weeks. Eskom is failing and costing us. Should I sue for the loss we suffer
