ESKOM Apps and Management NEVER WORKS.

In 2020 not sure of the exact month, I lost several household items due to Eskom's transformer failure. I locked a call to ESKOM, and I was advised to wait until their insurance team have completed all necessary steps. Yes, they came to my house, and later I was told that everything is complete and I will be given an update soon. Since last year I.e. 2022, I was told by ESKOM service center in SIYABUSWA Mpumalanga, NOT to come to the offices anymore, but to use the app or phone in.I have been trying that and it NEVER works.
