Eskom App - waste of time

I have tried for two months now to submit my meter reading. There is no place to enter the numbers. What a hopeless app - just as hopeless as this government. Can't get anything right. I then call customer care and when I select an option it tells me I haven't selected an option and cuts the call. Utter stupidity. I use the website customer care portal and when registering it won't take any of my passwords even though I meet all requirements. I dispair. What an embarrassment to the world!!
