Eskom and their stupid stories

Its the 25th of December and we spent it in the dark. We called the call Centre at 8am in the morning, telling them that we are the only house in the community who don't have electricity and they said they'll send a technician. It's 10pm and we still in the dark. Been calling the whole day and still nothing. Called the call Centre again around 9:30 pm again and Mmakgabo is telling me that the technician knocked of, apparently the team leader Sophie is the only one supervising so nothing actually gets done I am just wasting my airtime with nonsense. This is just a waste.
