Eskom and their empty promises and poor service delivery

For the last 3 days we have been trying to make contact with Eskom because our prepaid electricy box is not working we are loosing food and meat. And they keep on saying they'll send someone but no one shows up. In the house we have an sick elderly person who needs to eat cooked food, we have babies who needs milk and all we get is promises and reference numbers. At this stage we feel if we loose our food meat and if the children or even anyone get sick as a result of a lack of fresh food we will take Eskom to court.
