Eskom *********** and NO customer care

There are 6 homes in a Road that is forever having faults. We have been without power since 7 am 10 December and it continues into 11 December 2024.

We are in a small village and yesterday the whole village was without power until about 11pm. Needless to say the 6 houses are still without power whilst everyone else has power! The last time this happened we were without power for 8 days!

Alfred is useless as the IT department doesn't clear the faults once they have been sorted neither can you follow up on an existing fault!

Writing to New Germany regional office doesn't seem to help as the powers that be earning large salaries either ignore you or hand your maul to an *********** person who doesn't understand English.

Trying to fone and speak to those in their ivory towers in Johannesburg is a no go as they end your call automatically!

Eskom wants increases in what they charge us but continue to ignore their customers and make decisions that will affect their bottom line by investing in solar n wind power whilst they continue offering their service on equipment not maintained and for which they don't have spares.

Does anyone have a cell number for a person in the "ivory tower" in Johannesburg they can let me have.
