Eskom and its ************ officials

We are being shortchanged by Eskom in my community (Kagiso 2, LEDIG, Moses Kotane municipality) and it is becoming more and more evident that this is a deliberate effort from its officials.

We are at the mercy of engineered electricity black outs every end of the month because of ************ officials who want to force the hand of members of the community to pay them money in order to remain on even after electricity has gone off. Some people have already paid and their lights are on notwithstanding the fact that electricity in most of the homes is off. This has now become a trend in that people now know that in order to keep your lights on one has to pay bribe money to the Eskom officials. So that when we do see them in the community it's not because they have come to fix the electricity challenge in the neighborhood but to fix the the electricity problem for individuals who pay them bribe money.
