ESKOM AND ITS UNFAITHFUL PERSONNEL.

When we had a power supply issue on the 23rd of December 2023 we made a report via different modes because it affected a number of households at Matiyani Village. We used to receive a daily message that they are aware of the faults and there was high demand of queries. It happened until the 27th of December 2023 where we received messages citing that our problem was solved. We made a follow up where we were told that their system is reporting that one of their technical officers has come to assist us, which was a green lie. We are as of today, the 2nd of January 2024 from the 23rd of December 2023 not connected. Our ward 32 Councillor is also trying his best but we are not getting any assistance but they keep lying at us. Imagine the Christmas without electricity and also new year without electricity supply. Just a mere blown fuse. We are deprived of a basic need by unfaithful Eskom officials.
