ESKOM Alfred also does not work

ESKOM customer service remains a joke. Was plesantly surprised to be told that the sms complaint line no longer exists but that Alfred is there. tried it and all went well, was evntually told that is I did not receive the sms with reference number i can come back to say hello to afred. well dear Afred did not log the complaint but simply like the rest of eskom fell into a non delivery loop. Tried 3 times. Went back to the pathetic call centre who always try to see if you wont rather hang up rather than complain. its friday 13 August at 13:40, work hours for most of us. Please do the jobs you are being paid to do, simple you get a salary you have no choice but to deliver a service, its not a favour to us, its your job. Just do it.
