Eskom accounts incorrect rebilled customer suffer with no just csuse

Midvaal eskom clients and municipality is the most loyal paying clients .Their eskom accounts are inflated by eskom .queried accounts even though payments are made are disconnected and handed over for collections. Eskom cannot justify the enormous debit or rebilling .THE ACCOUNTS ARE ALSO CLOSED AND CUSTOMER ARE FIRCED TO PAY A DEPOSIT AGAIN. NOT ONLY IS THIS ********L but unfair and other municipalities that are mainstream in arrears are not treated like this .
