Eskom account transfer

I bought a home in Drummond which was transferred onto my name in April. I have been since trying to get the electricity account on my name but to no avail.eskoms call centre asks me for info that we don't have eg the eskom pole number which does not exist hence we are still running with no eskom utility account on our name.
