Eskom accepting Bribes and closing our cases without being resolved

It’s been almost a week with no Electricity and my reference numbers are as follows *********060428

All the above case numbers were closed without being resolved, Everytime I follow up they would say they have attended the issue without being attended. Today on the 23rd Eskom came and only fixed one of the neighbors power issue without fixing for the whole neighborhood that is affected which include our house number 5995, simply because we don’t have money to Bribe them, after I followed up I was told that Eskom did resolve the issue which was still not resolved.
