Eskom Abuse!

I have been calling Eskom non-stop for the past 3 weeks, they are always giving me endless references and never come. We've been out of power for that 3 weeks. They will tell you about emergency hours but never arrive, the waiting period of 7hrs30 only to not show up. I can be on the line for an hour or more, from being caller 30, to 1 but only for them to not show up. They came once and put a box on the pole and said they will come next day but never did. Therefore, it isn't working. We are out of water, with our neighbours because we use electricity to pump water. We have a new born baby here, it's a struggle to make even a bottle of milk. My mom is taking insulin which must stay in the fridge, they get spoilt. And, we must now buy new ones, while it's only my sister who is working in the house. Please assist us, I've tried my best, I don't know anymore. Even when I go there, they give you the form to fill and tell you they will be in touch. I'm from North West in Mafikeng. We need help, it's bad with loadshedding but without power at all. We're suffering.
