Eskom

I don't have electricity since 20 June 2021 and I'm spending about R3000-R4000 a month on electricity and I did call them asking to fix the problem and they gave me different references, the last reference number is ***. They told me that majority of the people are not paying but what about me since I'm loyal and spending so much on Eskom? My money means nothing to them? It's so heartbreaking because I lost my father due to lack of oxygen because he had lungs failure and was depending on oxygen for breathing and the cylinder one had already been finished, but we made peace with it as a family and moved on. So please try to assist us because our voices are not heard or is it because I'm based at Soweto I really don't know. My meter number is as follows ***
