Eskom a waste of time

I am praying that this of country allows competition for Eskom because Eskom are the most useless and pathetic company, with idiotic staff, ever. Besides this load shedding **** they can't even do a basic job.

It wasn't load shedding time for my area but I had no electricity since 4:45AM. By 10AM there was still no electricity. I called Eskom and spoke to Nohle who told me her Supervisor Mr Sambo would be calling my wife. Its now 8PM and still no call and no technician they were suppose to send(which takes up to 7hrs to come through) to fix the issue.

Luckily my wife saw other technicians in the area in the afternoon who sorted out the problem and who themselves said that whoever helped us didn't do what they were suppose to.

Eskoms call centre employees are beyond stupid and Eskom in general are just a waste of time.
